Welcome

I am passionate about encouraging others in the way God has gifted them. Uncovering the things that keep us from doing what God calls us to do, then practically applying God’s word to our real-life struggles as we follow Jesus. I grew up in the church, and decided to follow Jesus as a young teenager but struggled to live out my faith through my early adult life. My route into vocational ministry was unconventional and organic, over many years in ministry I stepped into God’s calling for my life and currently serve as the Discipleship Pastor at Freshwater Community Church in Waconia, MN.

I love my church! 

My husband Jeff and I have been married over 20 years, and have 3 children. I enjoy camping with my family (and 2 doodles), traveling, and going to the ocean anytime I can.  When I am not at church you can can often find me on the bleachers watching my kid’s activities!
